Standard orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of purchase and arrive at their destination within 5 to 10 business days for continental US orders and approximately 14 days for Canada and Hawaii

Note: Shipping days start on the day the package is picked up from the DaddyScrubs warehouse by the shipping company, not the date of the order.  We ship out of our Torrance, California fulfillment facility.

International Customs Charges and Duties

There is a $20.00 international document preparation fee which covers applicable sales tax, duty and customs charges imposed by the recipients country.  

Your order confirmation details only the charges we are collecting. 

Return Policy

DaddyScrubs will gladly refund your money for a returned product if you are within 30 days of purchase and can provide us with original proof of purchase. All products that are returned or exchanged for a different size or color must be in their original, undamaged package, with all tags in place and in re-saleable as new condition.

All returns require a return authorization number.  Please email: info@daddyscrubs, include original order number, name used to make the purchase, and a brief description of what you are requesting. Daddyscrubs will email back with a RA# and instructions for exchange or return.
